Experiences in the physical world are the most temporary and unsatisfactory due to the impermanence.
Experiences in the Astral / Mental world are are longer and more satisfying than the physical world but eventually temporary and wear one out due to the constant thinking and feeling
Experiences at the energy level are constant and more permanent than astral. Surrender and be at this energy level to experience everything to the fullest. All desires are already in satisfied and complete state in this realm. There is nothing to achieve.
The constant prayer for surrender you do using para should be repeating through our the day whenever you feel obsessed or with TF.
