There comes a time in a man's life when he has to put an end to it all. Where its almost like he is at gunpoint to surrender. Trigger can be a kundalini awakening, it can be a loss of a dear one, major life events (usually those which cause suffering) or a heart break - but the result is the same - Months of depression and pushing the ego into the lowest of the chakras where it has no choice but to constantly battle the triggers and finally give up in surrender. But the good side of this is - man stops living like an animal - where the only things he cared about - food, drinks, entertainment, career, sex - everything gets questioned and the concept of God, life and purpose of existence itself will become meaningless. Such episodes can also be caused by Twin Flames who enters your life to activate your Heart and make you go through the dark night of the ego.
The key (what I have found working as of Sept 2024) to overcoming this dark night and seeing the light of the day is "SURRENDER".
- Identify the aspects of life which trigger you / could be your TF/people mirroring you and exposing your deepest insecurities, fears etc
- Surrender it - with the truth that this trigger was gifted by Shiva/Cosmos/Universe, and it came to teach me a lesson and I have learnt my lesson and now surrendering it back to the cosmos.
- This takes the mind / ego back to the source and there is only the Quiet.
- It is actually blissful to stay in the Quiet but for some reason Ego comes back every now and then due to the triggers. It's almost like the ego is choosing pain over bliss.
I surrender whatever I know as me to Shiva. Please manifest in me Mahadeva. Let oneness happen between you and whatever I know as Me.
- I surrender the unnecessary curiosities to Siva
- I surrender the Triggers to Siva
- I surrender the sadness when people I care about don't care about me or even remember me.
- I surrender the urge to imagine future conversations to Shiva
- I surrender the urge to speak to Shiva
- I surrender the urge to text or msg others to Shiva
- I surrender the jealousy & deep-rooted fears to Shiva
- I surrender the feelings of loneliness to Shiva
- I surrender the Self Hatred and Self Doubt to Shiva.
- I surrender the being uncared for and neglected to Shiva
- I surrender the happiness or dopamine when I see or hear things I don't expect to see or hear. How
