Back to old habits

Looks like something happened to me. The energy is suddenly vanished and I'm back to old ways. Inspiration suddenly gone. Praying Siva to help me get back to His space and State

New beginnings

Nov 2 2018 a big day in my life as I experienced the auspicious kundalini energy awakening in me from base of spine to Sahasrara chakra like how a twister or hurricane connects earth and the sky

Thanks to the great Siva SatGuru Sri Nithyananda whose words clicked in me experience this beautiful energy. A lot of root patterns got cleared after this experience. Body and mind became more active and energetic as if infused by super-consciousness.

Awareness stays in the now except when I indulge myself in too much of new TV and food and external ramifications.
