Cognition in October

The natural breathing pattern of body is ajapajapa.

Keep the mind outside during your interactions and wait for siva to guide your day

Aum Nithyananda Paramasivoham itself became my breath and bhakti.

Sakti - even using your energy to make simple changes such as changing your thinking, etc itself will make immense improvements.

Buddhi - accepting things which need not be changed.

While waking up observe the feeling your having when you're switching from Sushupti to Jagrat state. If the feeling is like getting up from a nightmare - you need to use Sakti. If you feel frustrated to get up then you need to accept things as they are more in life (buddhi)
