Fear

Fear is not living in the now. Fear occurs when a memory of an experience of the past is projected to the future and a painful situation is imagined out of it.

You can't fear things that you don't know, therefore fear is a result of mind going to past, its a strong force which oscillates the mind between the past and then to future. an action is usually the outcome if the fear is deemed to be potentially serious.

Funny. I'm convinced of just the opposite. You can fear only what you don't know...

That i am said...

You must go deeper to find out, if its unknown, the mind projects a painful situation to the future, this is usually if a person has gone through difficult experiences in past, so based on knowledge he projects something bad may happen in the uncertain/unknown future and fear comes at that moment after the projection. So fear in my observation is again based on past
