After waking up from sleep there was a strong urge to message an old friend. Ofcourse I Unclutched from it. Sometimes the mind just goes back to old ways and tries to preserve its continuity.
Yes I did it 😀, manifested the power of observation and I have begun to 'know' more than think. If this can be achieved anything can be achieved.
